Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to services provided by YumaCars Detailing (operated by Maxali Logistics Inc.). By booking an appointment or authorizing us to begin work on your vehicle, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
YumaCars Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing and related vehicle care services. Services, descriptions, estimated prices, and optional add-ons are displayed on our website or communicated to the customer before the service. All services are performed on-site at the customer's designated location. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Estimates and Vehicle Condition
Prices and service times shown on our website are based on the selected vehicle category and expected average condition. Actual service time and final cost may vary depending on vehicle size, level of contamination, excessive pet hair, heavy stains, deep odors, or sand/mud. If additional work is recommended, we will inform you before performing it whenever possible.
3. Service Results
YumaCars Detailing will make reasonable professional efforts to achieve the best possible result. However, we cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain, deep scratch, paint etching, severe odor, or clear coat oxidation that has permanently penetrated materials.
4. Pre-Existing Damage & Personal Belongings
Customers must inform us of any known fragile, loose, broken, or repainted areas before work starts. YumaCars Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage. Please remove all money, electronics, and valuable personal belongings from the vehicle prior to our arrival.
5. Vehicle Access & Parking Permission
The customer must provide reasonable access and keys to the vehicle at the scheduled time. For apartments, office complexes, or commercial garages, the customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permission for mobile detailing on the premises.
6. Weather & Operational Safety
Services may be rescheduled due to severe thunderstorms, extreme cold, or conditions that make exterior detailing unsafe. We will coordinate rescheduling at no extra fee.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic transfers.
